Stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, Individual A/C's, and hardwood floors are all
standard amenities in each apartment. 

No, Elmwood Gardens does not offer furnished apartments. 

Residents are not required to be present for work to be performed.

In order to get help with a repair or an issue in the unit, residents can create a maintenance request online explaining the issue and it's priority.

In most cases, an applicant will be approved or denied within 2 days. 

Residents have the option to pay rent via check, credit card or electronic payment. 

Residents have the option to pay an additional $13 a month for renters insurance or use a 3rd party insurance.
